There is 2 versions of the game, the US version and the Malaysian version.  If you don't know which one you have, then check which homepage you got it from:

www.knightonlineoworld.com is the US ver.

www.knight-online.com.my is the Malaysian ver.

They are considerably different, so don't get them mixed up when trying to download the patches for the game.
