Dragon Age 2 killed my interest in all things Bioware.  I skipped all subsequent ME and DA games and have never regretted it.  There are absolutely phenomenal single player games now by publishers not trying to turn single into multi to sell microtransactions, which is now EA policy.  I'm also perfectly happy to play multiplayer games designed that way from the ground up.

Sorry, hard pass barring a miracle.

Yep, I could tell from just the demo that I wouldn't care for DA2.  Subsequent events proved that to be a good call.   Haven't bought a game from them since DA:O and ME2.  Don't expect them to figure it out for DA4, but accidents and miracles sometimes happen.

It'd help if they'd quit being so pretentious.

If you are holding out for the perfect game, the only game you play will be the waiting one.

The first Dragon Age game was one of my favortie games of all time , The rest sucked IMO. Hard to get excited over new announcement as the series has strayed so far from the first game its basically a new IP
