in Knight Online

i need help with this game on my laptop i will get past hackshield and the this is what i get

    Ok first of all, you do have a 3D card right?( I know its a dumb question but I wanna cover all the bases).

    Second, make sure that all the drivers are updated and working properly, i.e. not having any conflicts or are corrupted or anything like that.

    If that doesn't work, try re-installing KO.

    make sure u have direct x.  its a program that u can download from the knight online homepage
