I guess depends on the couple's passion and perhaps they met in game.So many people live the superficial life and even turn their wedding into something superficial, more of a care where let's go somewhere we can brag about to others or somewhere that just sounds exotic or point being, more fake than reality.
Obviously you can't look at a wedding such as this from a poor mans view or from a view where neither person actually likes the game.IDk the value but imo i know Square well enough that i highly doubt this is for any profitable reason, just an idea that maybe some asked for and are willing to oblige.
If people are blind to FF gaming, the franchise has always carried a theme of love/passion/friendship so no surprise they are doing something like this.

Would i personally do it,nope but doesn't mean it's a bad idea,i sort of think it's a cool idea for those that like the game.

"superficial" as i mentioned..well think about people who put more thought and care into buying a car than the person they plan on spending the rest of their life with and possibly raising a family,so 35k is really not that much. You would hope your marriage outlasts a vehicle of any cost.

Also the marriage should be between people for the sole reason of love, buying a car is more of a showoff reason, man do i look cool or what !!.Even if buying a car just for practical reasons, yeah your wedding should again be for more than just "practical" reasons.

This is a great argument for any gal to try out on her guy so she gets the wedding of her dreams. ;)
