Buying summerset

Summerset is on sale currently for €20

but after returning recently i found over 20k crowns on my a`ccount
seems i forget to stop my subscription

how big is the chance that after the release of the new expansion, summerset will be available as dlc in the crownstore?
i am leveling a new toon, so there is enough other things to do then summerset to keep me busy till elsweyr release..

    My guess is the chance is very close to 100% and I doubt that they'll carve out either jewelry crafting or the Psijic skill line as separate purchases like they did with the Vvanderfell/Warden. Jewelry crafting might even become a base thing.
