Heroes of the Storm Previews the Caldeum Acropolis Event - MMORPG.com

The latest Heroes of the Storm event has landed in-game and it's a brand new one at that. Called Caldeum Acropolis, the event sends players on a journey into the future where four gangs are duking it out for control of the Acropolis. Players will find new quests that reward special Caldeum Complex Loot Chests that can contain futuristic skins, epic mounts, sprays, icons and even a chance at previous years' limited-time Lunar New Year Spring event items.

I really miss playing HotS, but knowing how it will end I just can't bring myself to continue playing it.

Still I don't know why people complain that the HotS skins are bad... in my opinion they are the best in the genre, but maybe because I love(or at least used until few months ago) the Blizzard universe I have more affection towards the heroes as a whole which misleads my taste

This will forever by one of the biggest mysteries to me. HoTs was only growing in its time. Having played in Alpha, it came a very long way. It literally used to garner only hundreds of viewers on Twitch for instance, but at the end it sat right around 10k daily. It seems like Blizzard pulled the plug on a game that had the customer support other devs dream of. Idk. Just a really odd decision during a bad time for Blizzard. I still hope they change their mind and try to resurrect it, but I know I am only being hopeful.
