Hello,

I finally got The Total Experience and created a new account. Though I want to get my old stuff and money from my old character on my old account now.
Well, my question now is if my stuff and money is still there cause I heard about a skill reset and about items being changed because of CU.
It would suck to pay the monthly fee and find my old character without any stuff or money I could transfer to the new account.

Oh well, hope for some fast answers cause I want to log back into SWG again.

I canceled my accounts for about 9 months, reactivating them the week of the CU.  All were there, skills, money and equipment.

The only changes were to weapons and armour, which had been migrated over to the CU.  So those will be hit and miss, really.  Although if you find yourself no longer certified to use your armour, they added a tab that will let you convert it to any other type (as a one off).

Skill wise you will be given a grace period (about 1 month, I think), where you can respec your character every twelve hours.  The only limit being the number of skill points you had and how they relate to normal and elite professions.

Hmm ... you have created a new account with the TTE box. I ASSUME you have made your new character on the same server as your old character.

Suggestion:

a) reactivate your old account for one month. Claim all veteran rewards. It will have all the cash and all the items, but items will have been transformed to the new combat revamp stats. This can be good or bad, depending on the type of item or weapon.

b) Put all the items you want to have on your new character in a house and make your new character admin.

c) Change to your new character and get all the interesting items out of the house and into the house of your new character (or - if you can do double loading of characters - /transferstructure from old to new character). Repeat this if you have more than 200 items to transfer.

d) Bank tip the money from old to new character (5 % fee should be acceptable). If its more than 1 million, do several  bank tips of maximum 1 mill each.

e) Put your old character into hibernation again (dont delete it) so you dont pay double fees. maybe you want to first fool around with /respecing and try some other profession combos first.

If your new character is on another server you could do the new character transfer with items so your old character is transported to the new server (and there you can do the switch as described above).

Why did you create a new account?  The TE key works as an expansion code essentially, meaning you could register the TE key with your old account and have JTL and RotW activated on your old account.  Plus you could have kept your old character with all of his belongings.
