So the landlord for my employment made a sour deal with my employer that he now regrets. Instead of being an adult and contacting my employer to discontinue it. He is having temper tantrums on me.

Well, obviously he's still a spoiled child in his mind. You can always try trolling people like that. It can really piss them off but I would try to ignore the whole situation.
