Definitely worth getting right now if you like strategy games. I highly recommend.
Paradox is probably the worst company out there with DLC gouging, so now is the time to buy and get all that content bundled cheaply versus paying literal hundreds for the same on Steam 
These games basically focus on the total opposite thing that the Total War games do - politics, diplomacy, etc.
