Oh my God, yes! That would have been a great game. I loved the concepts. The underwater realms and player character races, the way races had some advantage in their own terrain type. I loved those desert lizard player characters too. Move faster on sand, sort of a nomadic type. Two underwater races at war with each other.
I especially liked the special race characters (dragons, angels, sphinxes, etc.), with the limits and the perma-death and all that it entailed.
I'm fairly sure he means what game would you like to be made into an mmo, that isn't one now.... much in the same way Grand Theft Auto was made into an mmo, even though it wasn't originally.
