All this research shows is that gamers are interested in anything which MAY be the future of gaming and are easily bamboozled if they think something will be cheaper. Lets see a fully functioning up and running service before we come onboard.

Most of the bulletpoints on that "potential benefits" chart are not benefits to me. It is a bigger benefit for me if I manage my own hardware and purchase my own games and handle them on my own.
What could be a good benefit of cloud gaming? cross save is all i can think of. A single game purchase that runs on all platforms (not streamed, an actual download) could be possible but they all want the money so that's unlikely.
Storage space is a problem only because these companies want to keep pushing photorealistic graphics over gameplay and performance. If they get their priorities straight we wouldn't have an issue with storage capacity.
