I just got my mystic and ive been doing some Saber cub sniping.
Depends really... If you are on about PvE or RvR.
If you want the character for RvR, then personally I wouldnt choose either..unless you want to spend 90% of your RvR time laying down
If you are talking about PvE, then I would be inclined to choose the bonedancer
