From what you wrote and want you already have your ES6 ..Just play ESO .... ESO is played mostly solo anyhow ..

Dun know why you would basically want ES6 to be ESO .. when you already have ESO

Well why make ES6 at all then? It's going to take attributes from previous ES games. I'd much rather have them model things from ESO or most any of the other ES games than Skyrim. It's a fine game, but I think that's true despite some tiring flaws, like poor writing. It's the modding freedom that makes Skyrim so attractive long term in my opinion, not the original game play.

People keep talking about ES6 as if its coming out in the next 5 years. That game won't be released for a LONG LONG TIME.

They haven't even started the tech doc for it yet long time. They are not going to undercut their current cash cow (yes ESO makes a lot of money) and Starfield is Bethesda favorite child atm.

It's a thread discussing what people want to see in the next ES game not predicting the launch date. Where did you get that anyone thinks it's coming out soon? That's all you, but since you made a date claim, care to back that up with some references with facts? How do you know it's not coming out for 5 years?

I might still be playing Ultimate Skyrim (UltSky) by the time ES6 comes out! Loving it! It was worth subbing to Nexus Mods for $3 for a month, just for the auto-downloads part of setting up UltSky, but one of the best uses of $3 I've spent in years.

Anyway, they need to make ES6 with as many choices as possible. Let a person tweak their character down to the smallest detail if they want, or have a great selection of pre-made stuff.

That goes for looks or type/character/class.

Add more sliding bar choices on difficulty also, or let us tweak that as well.

If I'm spending 4 hours in the game before even starting the game, by choice, where can I send my money? I can't put a price on feeling that kind of immersion if I want. Or be able to hop into a fresh game in 20 seconds.

I really want to experience some Dwemer stuff, so I hope this class mysteriously comes back from wherever they went, and brings all that lore with them. Making a Dwemer character would be cool, with the machine pets and stuff.

There's a mod part of UltSky called "Take Notes," and it's a journal that you can tweak the looks of, but more importantly you can write your own story, or just make notes of things, and then you can print out your journal IRL, which adds another level of immersion if you want, or to cheat/practice at story creation.

It's all about the choices, and the chances to make choices, and see the outcomes of those choices that would make me excited for Starfield and ES6.

    Gut Out!

    What, me worry?

First of all,i went out and bought a new console just for Skyrim and man alive was i disappointed,so much so i was actually angry.I cursed myself because i had made a pact to never buy another console, well now that pact has been secured for certain.Skyrim was extremely over rated even to the point that towns used basically one color.

Anyhow,i played the ES games early on,heard lot's about them and was getting into rpg's more so yeah, well they were ok at best, they did nothing to intrigue me.I much preferred the early games like FF3/5 because they utilized a sub class system, something Bethesda/Zeni don't seem to grasp, heck none of the other devs seem to grasp the idea.

Jumped into TESO,quit in the very first hour,i can see a poorly designed game a mile away.Angry Joe shared the same sentiment's as i do.

So long winded point is Bethesda needs to CHANGE,same old is simply not good enough anymore.I would also take very little if anything from TESO if i HOPED for a quality game that i really want to spend hours, days, weeks, months playing.

All the games i truly love,i still play,MANY years later,to me that is quality and long lasting value.Bethesda games have never kept my interest longer than maybe a month tops.To mention TESO as the game to take al lthe abilities from...lol FFXI has hundreds of different abilities, the best pet system of ANY mmorpg, not better than Ark/Atlas but better than any mmorpg.FFXI also already created the sub class system and it is the best system to use while keeping the CLASS system alive.

So if ES 6 wants to be good,i wouldn't copy anything from TESO,i would look elsewhere.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
