If I think a particular politician is incompetent, I can say so.  I do not have the right to break into my neighbor's house so that I can tell him there.  Nor do I have the right to stand outside of his house shouting my opinions into a megaphone at 3 am.

I can create a web site to post my opinions there.  I can post them on sites where posting political opinions is encouraged or at least allowed, and there are many such sites.  I do not have the right to hack into a site that does not allow random members of the public to post so that I can post my opinions on a site whose owners are trying to keep me out.

There's a time and a place for many things.  The American notion of free speech is that yes, you can express whatever political opinions you please, and in a wide variety of times and places, and the government can't stop you on the basis that they disagree with you.  But not in all places and at all times.
