Haunted Curious of Shadow Vortex ?

Anyone know where the Haunted Curious of Shadow Vortex (and the rest of the Haunted plate armor) drops in game? I have that armor in the F2P version, but dont remember where I got it, and I want to get it in Unchained, but just cant figure out where it came from.

Any help would be awesome, thanks!
