The game is likely 3 years away - they UI will probably be very different than what was shown 

I'll tell you right now. Diablo IV will be on the shelves a lot sooner than you think.

Blizzard we knew doesn't exist anymore. It's 100% ActiVision now and they are calling the shots.
If they see any chance to release Diablo IV and/or Overwatch 2 alongside the upcoming Gen.5 consoles next year christmas they will.

J. Allen Brack is just a corporate puppet dancing ActiVision's strings now.
