I can't create an account for this because of problems on their webpage. It won't let me choose a Country/State/Province/etc., even though I need to.
Anywhere else I can create one?

ya same here dude the state thing doesnt work wat is with that can ne one help
the same thing happend to me i found that if you use a diffrent computer it might work
that worked for me
