As much as I've enjoyed ESO over the years their group finder problems, almost 6 years after launch really highlights ESO's Bethesda corporate culture roots.
This mess with the undaunted event that is heavily focused on running dungeon PUGs has been a yearly occurrence since they started having the event. Their group matching back end has always been beyond pathetic in its inability to do what is a very basic job that all MMOs save for ESO handle easily.
There's no excuse and no benefits of the doubt to give them for this glaring incompetence after all these years.
