Create systems to cater to pvp,no thanks,pvp just sucks.Pvp used to be good in games like Quake..Unreal but within rpg's it is just super bad.
On the topic though,what good would a stun be if you couldn't do any damage?FTR yes i do love "abilities" in games far more than gear grinding because it puts the combat in YOUR hands and not the gear.
However trying to muster up ideas for low players to pvp high level players is just not even in the hemisphere for me.Also ftr,i think DS and any game like it is rubbish,i wouldn't copy any idea from that game.
Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
