Hello there!
I don't really get why do you guys like this game?
There are to many buggs in this game, they released it too fast, all the buggs are in it!
Greetings,

I don't really see that many bugs in the game. And I really don't think they released it too fast...maybe it's just me.
---------------------------------------------------------------
WoW: Lamere, 70 Paladin on Jaedenar (retired)
DAoC: Cadore Ironmace, 50 Cleric (retired)
SWG: Dolthin Erid, Master CH/Master Pistoleer (NGE'd)
Waiting for: Warhammer Online/Age of Conan
I really dont notice that many bugs it is more polished than most other mmorpgs that have been released
recently, take a look around not just eq2 but anarchy online was a total #$%^up when it came out.
I enjoy it mostly because it has a high pace and coming from eq2 where its usually hurry up and wait especially for crafting my god who wants sit around doing 132 combine for a single item ive got more/better things to do like have fun, adventure, raid, quest, help people out, chat and i can do that and craft (skinner/leatherworker)
but i guess being in a forum I have to add IMHO.
Hmm, haven't really recognized any bothersome bugs, the time I have played WoW.
Also, don't know why you're complaining about the lack of areas, there are tons of areas, WoW has actually one of the biggest worlds I have ever seen in a MMORPG before (haven't played too many yet though).

Personally, I like this game for a few reasons:
1) The graphical weapon and armor representations are diverse, and even fun to look at (for instance there is a higher level axe that resembles a huge razor blade).
2) Exploration: Before the patch that put a graveyard next to Ironforge, I was able to sneak my way into the dwarven Air port in the hills behind IF. There are a number of areas that are built but have to access points. There are also a number of just cool scenery points.
3) PvP: I enjoy the PvP aspect of this game. I played PS, SB, DAoC, and AO and out of all of them, well, I enjoyed PlanetSide's the most, but WoW is pretty good. Plus group PvP is fun for me.
Really other than that, I can get a nice leveling treadmill in any game I play. There is a group I play with that includes some people I know irl, and that keeps me playing too. But if a game were to come out that had PvP like Planetside (non-roll) plus crafting or leveling like other MMO's, then i'd be in hog heaven.
Mado
A game would have to be seriously bugged to stop me playing it. I mean to the point of making it unplayable.
WoW is not THAT bugged.
Perhaps you could educate us and list all these bugs you keep finding, and explain how much it ruins your game play experience.
Yeah I'm confused by the OP too... I enjoy WoW because I've played all classes except Priest and Pally to the mid to late 20's and I've never seen an actual bug. I've looked too, because I used to work in game-testing and I'll troubleshoot any scenario to see why it happened, and if it was something I did wrong or something up with the code itself. It has ALWAYS been proven to be my error or another players.
I'm also amazed at the amount of areas there are to explore. My favorite classes are the warlock and druid because they have a lot of versatility, and I can swim underwater for hours with either one of them to explore that side of WoW or get to other areas in a sneakier way. Besides the impressive artwork and graphic design, I like it mainly just because I know I'm having fun in WoW. From battlegrounds, to tradeskills, to questing, to just being social with guildmates or other players, it's a lot of fun. The PvP aspects are cool too and I spend most of my time on the PvP servers, but I'm not a big PVPer so for me it's everything else that keeps me subscribed.
I just don't get how you could say it's bugged or lacking areas, even as a matter of personal opinion... Have you played any other game in the genre lately? I don't know of a single MMORPG that isn't noticeably worse as far as bugs and lack of areas to explore. I admit they have their other benefits and strengths, but if I want a more polished, vast world to explore, I know I need to stick with WoW for now.
Well it's a little buggy in the sense that a lot of the soulless NPCs that I group with have terrible AI (Warriors rolling on cloth! Come on, Blizzard! Fix those bots). Other than that, I've never ran into -that- many bugs.
Since I've been playing MMORPGs for the last five years and witnessed many buggy games, my only logical conclusion would be that this thread started as a joke.
Currently playing:
* City of Heroes: Deggial, Assault Rifle/Devices Blaster. Server: Defiant.
* City of Villains: Snakeroot, Plant/Thorns Dominator. Server: Defiant.
Their maybe a few minor bugs llike 1 in a 1000 your come across a bugged vein or herb patch.Bugs arnt big deal.Although they do need to remake the servers they suck bad at times.Other than that the game is great and it fitts a certain gaming player base to me the game is to freakin easy time consuming yes but its easy as heck cept the instances in the end but they get old after running them over and over again.
Spend some time with SWG, then you'll know what it means to play a buggy game.
Although I hate feeding trolls ... the main reason I enjoy the game is because it's relaxing for me. I took a casual pace to 60 and now I can long in and either PvP for a while or work an instance.

Oh, cruel fate, to be thusly boned. Ask not for whom the bone bones. It bones for thee.
the whole "bug" issue was credible during the first couple months of play, but now...nah. there really isnt many bugs to concern yourself with. And as for the areas...there are plenty to keep you occupied. Either you havent played much and are still fighting in the lowbie zones or are pretty much sticking to one continent. Move around and explore...
There are so many bugs?? Where? I can only name 1 bug that is really anoying:
- When chinese farmers crash instances to duplicate gold, it also crashes the boats. You take a boat, before it teleports you to the next zone, it disapears from under your feet and you die in the ocean.
Care to name more? I'd like to see you name me some of the BRS or MC bugs, cause obviously you haven't been playing WoW long enough to even be level 60 and reach those zones yet.
