Mic question

Does anybody know if my usb PS2 mic will work with ventrillo or teamspeak? This one:

If it won't work can you guys suggest one? If it does work how do I install it or  get it to work?

    Just plug it in and try it out using Windows sound recorder (accessories > entertainment)

    Usually with USB you need a program with it. I don't know but give it a shot.

    go to walmart or target. They sell logitech headsets for about 20$ ive usedmine for years.

    I use my PS2 Headset for TS (TeamSpeak)

    And it works great.

    It's as simple as plug and play

    The only thing is if you have your speakers built into your monitor this sound setup can cause problems. Trust me.

    My build: Sapphire Radeon HD 4850, Asus P5GC-MX/1333 Motherboard, 4gb G.SKILL DDR2 667MHz RAM, Core 2 Duo e7200 CPU, 250gb Western Digital SATA Harddrive, Windows Vista Home Basic 64-bit.

    A friend of mine exactly has the same headset and it works for him as well.

    Cool thanks guys but do you guys know of a way to test it? I have looked for ventrilo servers but they all seemed to be down. Also the sound recorder didn't work for some reason image.

    If you have a freind who plays counter strike or if you do yourself you can test it by going into options voice and test microphone, it works for my freind, if it doesn't for you you can get a mic for like 3$ on www.newegg.com or at a computershow
