How to - Ally/Sub CLANs

hey,

as some of you already know i recently started a new clan.. 

 

"Banan123", an advanced member online, helped me understand: clan lvls, point systems and clan strategies, but, i need to ask one more question.

 

this could either be a really dumb question or a real good one. It can go either way..

 

does anyone know how to ally with/sub a clan?

 

ex) allying a clan in order to wear thier capes
