Two questions from new player

Hello, going to give LotRO a try now that I am quarantined at home.  Two questions:

1)  I cannot post in the LoTRO forums to ask a tech question.  I registered and logged in.  ??  
2)  As such, my unanswered question is:  In 4K the UI is so tiny I can't read it.  Is there a way to scale?

You need to post in the F2p player area first and then after a couple of days when they know you're not a bot you get access to the rest of the forums.

Something I saw on the Steam forums about 4k being small "I believe they added some text scaling to quest windows (check the "aA" icon with arrows somewhere at the bottom of the window)".

Basically it's an old game that was designed prior to 4k being a thing.

Should be able to scale in UI options tab. Ctrl-O
