Now, I can also tell you that XBOX does allow for Paypal payments for AC and such, so if you sign up for a paypal account, or already have one, there's a good chance that you'll be able to buy AC and packs on the store without issue. I use paypal myself without issue.

Kind of weird that an 8 year old game requires Windows 10.
You mean instead of Win7, an OS that MS quit supporting 5 months ago? Or instead of Win8, an OS that SUCKED when they released it, and really has never gotten much better?
Actually its because porting between XboX One and Win10 is a lot easier than older OS's, since XboX One and Win10 were designed to be compatible. I think it was smart not to port to an OS (Win7) that will soon be a hackers paradise.

How is PSO2 on Win10 working out so far?
- You have the mission marked and its a repeatable
- Its a bug
Probably one of the three above. Sometimes a mission also doesn’t complete until you restart the game.
