Cache or something getting 'stuck'?

Why is it that I have to clear my cache after browsing the forum in order to 'refresh' it?

Like, let's say I went to Off Topic and Then The Pub and made a post in each. If I go back to the main, General Discussion section, in order to see the refreshed version of it (Showing that I posted), I have to clear my cache.

I'm using Opera.

I mighty have an idea. Try seeing what you maxamum total cache size is set to. If its like 200K Increase it to something like 30000K and see if that helps

Was at 20 megs, put it up to 50 and still got the same problem.
