The team at Larian has been hard at work reading, learning, making tweaks and changes, and now with their latest patch, Inspiration, Freedom & Pacifism, you will get to reap the benefits of the work that was done in Baldur's Gate 3. The team definitely wants you to know that a lot of what they've been working on is directly from YOUR feedback.

While I have no problem with early access, for this property, I think I'd rather wait until the finished product and play it as a game rather than "give my feedback."

This is like a RPG version of Star Citizen, never ending updates on how it is getting on. The difference is we will see a launch for BG3 and we already know it is going to be a good game and the sort of game we are going to get. :)

I think some things are in Act I simply to get things going and will be removed as it imbalances the early game. Such as the 18 Int crown.

I dont see how it is like scam citizen compairing the 2 months it has been in EA with the 9 years of pre alpha for SC
It is still endless items about development, I did point out that for BG3 we will see the launch of a good game and we know what we are getting. I used SC as an example because these two games seem to get more development updates than any other. Apart from doing a cheerleading chorus for BG3, not sure how I would have made that clearer.

Most game sin development get constant updates, they only cover SC as heavily as they do here as it increases the click count so they get more revenue from advertisers. Cyberpunk gets near daily coverage as well.

What is hilarious is Crowfall just had another major update announced, and that was not news worthy, but the bug fixes from a couple weeks ago were. Anyway, if we all start arguing about Hello Kitty online I would bet that it would get the exhaustive amount of coverage as other "controversial" games.

Also, WoW is on this page about daily, among others. I think the distinction you are trying to make is a bit off, that is what it created some confusion.

If you want a new idea, go read an old book.

In order to be insulted, I must first value your opinion.

Actually I stand corrected, SC and CP 2077 are the two games on here that get the most development updates. That's my impression anyway now you mention it, casting around nothing else comes to mind.
