It looks ok from where i am sitting but not sure how good just looking at a fly by video.

I assume a lot of those buildings are just 2D buildings with no insides or working doors but maybe I am wrong.
The video also didn't show me anything as to why I should play the game.So i watched some gameplay videos and was not impressed. This new city looks a lot better than previous work.
It looks to me like there is only one character model, they just add a new head and make it bigger or smaller. The breathing animation is way too fast as well.

The combat is imo too weak and i see a lot of small laned paths which again doesn't do well for me.I do see a bit of effort for a small indie team but yet again it is not enough to be playable.

I have two bars set that NEED to be surpassed by any new mmorpg.I need to see the same level of depth surpassed from FFXi and i need to see the world of Atlas surpassed and by a lot.

I will not invest time into any other mmorpg that doesn't have a realistic living world, supports a living character AND has interaction and fun deep combat.By deep i mean MUCH more than wielding a sword and whacking at something,i also need it to be real time without camera view cheating,so the viewpoint needs to be first person.

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
