    I think they have (almost?) all the systems they want in the game now, and that only polish, tweaks and fixes remain to be done before launch, unless they decide to make some drastic changes to the game. They're currently in Closed Beta, the last phase of CF development (no open Beta, has said Gordon this year). In this case 2021 is plausible.

    Otoh they've also talked about Steam (early access?). So full launch could possibly be delayed in 2022.

    I'm looking forward to playing. It's not in that category of 'ground breaking' that a lot of people seem to be looking for. Although the eternal kingdoms are pretty neat. Thankfully, I'm easily satisfied, so I can enjoy games that aren't at some mythic level, in terms of expectations.

    It's pretty dead atm because of an upcoming wipe and people are waiting it out (myself included).
