Picture a person dragging themselves through the desert for months on end, but they don't ask for "water" they mutter "9.1"

Wholly F drop a release date at least.

Everyone is on the FFXIV bandwagon atm anyway, for me been there done that, the game is so exciting at first, then boring af after a few months, ESO even more so. They are good games it's just that they are single player games with other people around and are console games so there is no depth, no challenge. The over casual friendly is what makes them boring af after a month or so, but if you love single player play, you'll be in your glory.

And tbh i'm not making wow the be all here, i have complaints there too in that they are going to hard in the fast a fuck dungeons pushing keys, now in torg too from what i can tell.

What i love about wow is when there is story to do it's good, and the raiding is so challenging so hard i love it, with deep classes where what you put in you get out of that class, DEEP does not exist in ESO or FFXIV 4 button console friendly games. If wow had the hard af raids in a sea of story/lore content it would be a huge improvement, but this timing everything in to an Esport feel is really awesome for some, i know i'm in a guild where many love this, not everyone just some, but for mmorpg people, mmorpg players, mmorpg lovers, it doesn't fit, they need a f load more ffxiv and eso type content.

...for me, a non-raiding, co op player (me and friend), Shadowlands got boring after about a month, ie. when I hit level cap. Unlike Classic, no desire to create multiple alts and grind them to max level...I simply quit, went back to Classic (where I did raid), and am having a blast...with multiple alts...NOTHING at this time could bring me back to retail...heck, I don't even log in for the free mounts/pets they offer...anyways, my take...Retail is dead to me...will follow Classic for next 10 years till it hits Shadowlands...maybe then I will appreciate it...who knows.
