in Final Fantasy XI

on a game called virtua quest I need to find the stratgey guide book to get threw but
i cant since i cant figure out how to get passed the 3rd area of the forest server so if u played it
& got passed it can u tell me how to get there & if u can thanks::::31::::::31::::::31::::::31::::::31::
