You're accomplishing nothing here. If you seriously think consumer laws have any bearing on this issue, that you've been scammed and lied to, speak to a lawyer: Do something about it.
Here's the kicker - Chris Roberts is likely relaxing in his UK mansion (his US mansion is empty and just moved to the UK). He's likely drinking a lovely brandy that costs more than your pledge and has no idea (nor care) about your views. And even if SC were to fail, he'd still have his mansion.
It's not false advertising. You just completely and utterly failed to read and think.
Now dont you think it'll be healthier if you focused on something else, and learn from your mistake instead?
I'll follow your example of using the ignore function. I'm very annoyed I let myself get sucked into this nonsense.

at every point they tell us that everything is fluid and subject to change, hell, in the last year almost, we have to acknowledge various disclaimers before buying anything...

I've seen your argument with regards to what's in the description.... but I think you're twisting the words a little. You're reading them how you want them to sound. It's designed to go across numerous systems, taking passengers in top level comfort whilst being tough enough to make it in hazardous areas. It can defend itself... its never designed to be an offensive ship.
As for the special Hull, there are certain aspects that haven't been addressed yet, like armor.
Yes the game has been in development for around 10 years but they've had to change game engine at least once? As well as building tech and tools from the ground up to enable them to progress forwards. In my nearly 3 years there has been a massive improvement in stability and overall look and feel.
I think you've misinterpreted a lot and that's caused you at least a lot of hurt and confusion
