Still need a lil help

in Final Fantasy XI

hey it says invalid id or pass when i get on play online and i stopped paying only way i know how to fix that is if i regiser and i lost my cd key is there anouther way?

    I would advise you to contact Square-Enix customer support by phone. If anyone can get your difficulties cleared away, they should be able to. But losing your registration codes is muy bad. You may be out of luck.
