Well, in the peoples that I know, CoH is the most played MMORPG...however, I am guilty of encouraging the game a little...passionnately! image

The fact I offer my rl friends all my accounts, except for CoH(which I hope the game will be a no-Hamidon), certainly motivate a few (they all refuse my EQ/EQ2 account for some reason image). I guess I got a bad influence on them all! image

The fact I always scorn on superheros games prior playing CoH and that now I enjoy DC comics as well must certainly convince them to some extend...of course everyone is free to do what they like, but they always consider what friends does or say...

MMORPGs pretty much reach a low in my surrounding...we even start playing shooters...lol (MMOFPS are not interesting, what is fun is to share the same room as the others and talk to them not using a headset, but loud speaking). Many casuals find that WoW and CoH denied them from achieving stuff and leave thoses games, since been condemn to be a backward hero is never fun...and a level 10 is always backward in the current games, the only way to make them not backward would be to place level caps on every zones. image

I will resume either EQ or CoH, whichever remove completely raiding first(well, from a grouper or soloer point of view, so if raiding gear lack in solo and grouping this is also satisfactory)...or start a MMORPG meeting that primordial criteria.  (yeah right, EQ removing raiding...LOL, impossible, but CoH...I keep hoping, we never know, removing the Hamidon is pretty easy to do)

Well, I feel that everyone in my supergroup are people I know. Very close knite and we have great times together!

your arguement is so persuasive, so filled with knowledge and insight. You back up your argument very articulately, with suggestions of improvements and raising examples to glorify your position....oh wait, you didn't

4 although some I know in real life as a reasult of playing the game. Before I5 hit the test server I knew of about 20 though. Most of the players who I knew that were playing since release had had enough of the constant changing of powers and quit.

Same here. Of all the people I knew who played, I was the only one willing to give it another try.

Truth is, it's nowhere near as engaging and fun as it was at release. Way too many negative changes to the gameplay have alienated a good crew of people.
