    Very little now, and since my sub ends tomorrow,  I'll pretty much be down to zero. During beta and through release myself, my roomate and a few other girls from our local lan group decided to all start up a guild and play together, we did and had fun for some time. But after awhile, boredom got to some, repeated nerfs got to others, general lack of game play killed many of us off.

    Until a few weeks ago my roomate and I still played fairly regularly, then of course all the song and dance happened with the new combat changes and poof, there we go. So now basically I know my boyfriend will still play it now and then, but mostly because he refuses to let go of SWG and he's on the all access plan, so dips into EQ2 now and then.

    Most of the MMO players that I know of now have gone to WoW (of course) or back to older games like DoAC, CoH, SWG or have just resigned themselves to waiting for the next greatest thing. And me... well I'm still figuring that one out.

    I know about 300,000. Yes, that's right. I know everyone in EQ2.

    Since I got a new job...now the WoW count is back to 6.

     

    CoH count is to 10ish.

     

    EQ2 count is to 0.

     

    EQ count is to 2.

     

    SWG is 1.

     

    GW...err...must be around 5, but dont see those folks a lot.

     

    DAoC...prolly 1, but didnt talk with the guy for eons...I mean, what can I honestly share with someone playing DAoC? image

     

    I am working on showing the light for those playing WoW and my arguments land well...they land well only because 4 of those playing WoW are deadly bored with the game. 1 is deadly happy in WoW, I would not even think to try to convert him, a happy player is not someone you start arguing to ruin his fun. image The other guy is weird, he is unhappy, he keep playing the game, but he curse and hate the game more then the 4 others, who actually listen to my arguments a lot more with that example. image I try to test the guy, but he is adamant and think WoW rule, despite that the game is making him unhappy and he is not enjoying his time...*shrug* Nothing I can do, I swear...image

     

    Prolly 30ish folks I lost contact with that are mostly not playing any, but who know...maybe they are all in something like Ragnarok, we never know the surprise! image

     

    Most of my friends are not currently playing a MMO anymore. I am currently been corrupted to shooters, but shooters are completely pointless when I dont hear the peoples screams in the same room! (or feel pain on my shoulder...or throw a curse at them) image  And even in shooters, we prefer to gang up on the computer then to PvP.  Team work! image Been 4 in the same vehicule is funny, especially when we didnt see some stuff and we start been shooted at!

    I know zero people who play EQ2. I know like 1 person who plays WoW and she's my sister. I do know some one who's going to play EQ2 he just needs to get a new graphics card.

    Not that it isn't a good game... I actually enjoyed it for a little while, but just can't play it anymore. There are better games out there for me, simply enough.

    About 20 or so.  But I am am an older guy so that might account for me knowing more EQ2 players.

    From Nov, 04 that are still playing I have to say 10 or so.  More now with new additions to the guild and seems more new players are flooding into EQ2, so hopefully more soon.

    LOL it just means that I am fighting for the title "King of Geeks".

    A few years ago I was part of a Half Life team that consisted of like 80 people (a cyber cafe' thing).  Of that original 50 about 20 or so of us found our way to EQ then DAoC and now to EQ2.  We all have high end comps and have reqular people to play with so we do not have the issues that most ppl do not like about EQ2.

    I know about 30 people, I love this game, and I don't see how other ppl dont love it too :(
