Logging in, password changes, and forum access.

One of the horrid things I have come to realize about this game is how complicated it is to get started..

So far, I have changed my password over twelve times, and I keep getting error code 56, basically, invalid password, when I try to log into the game..

Also, it wont let me view or post on the forums to get help. I read some of the emails I had gotten when signing up, and one said that the game login pass and the password used to access your profile on the webpage were different, yet I only have one password.

What's going on here? Anyone willing to help?

It is not complicated. Remember. There are two passwords. One for the game, one for you online accounting.

Look on the website www.ryzom.com. There is a email address where you can contact the support.

The password to access your account details, with your billing etc is e-mailed to you.  This is for security reasons.  Your game and forum pw is different.

Yes I suggest contacting support or getting klients which is the support chat room, very helpful csr on this game.
