in Guild Wars
Hi I have played GW for about 6 month now and i wonder if there is a 1vs1 arena some where in the game and if it is where.

The only one I heard about is in the desert. There you fight a mirror of yourself in order to become ascended. I have yet to experience this for myself (just getting thought the mountains now) but from the chatter from other players, warriors seem to have the easiest time at it.

The Doppelganger (was changed from mirror some patch ago) is not that special, its a npc with 12 in all stats & has the same skills as you (but does not use some healing skills).
Doppelganger hits REALLY in physical combat if you are caster class, war/* have higher armor so thats why its easier for them.
There is no 1vs1 pvp in GuildWars atm, would be meaningless since classes are not balanced for 1 vs 1-fightning.
