Rogue Question

I'm planning on starting a rogue and I was just wondering about a few things. First of all, what is better, daggers, swords, or sword and dagger. I want to be a stealthy rogue so I'm probably more geared towards daggers, but I still want to know what is best. Second, what is a good talent build? I want to have a very good crit chance but I'm not sure of a good build.
