Having a Blast in this MMOFPSRPG - Stalcraft

I just wanted to share that a few of my friends are having a blast in this game. The story is pretty good, with excellent writing. A lot of good things are happening here. Be cool if we get an official MMORPG.com review or preview of the game for the community. Here is a good video about the game.

I tried to find how many players per server, but it doesn't say anywhere! It sounds neat in theory. But I just want to know if I am going to be seeing hundreds of players together, or if this is just a stalker version of DayZ and other multiplayer FPS games. If its not a true MMO I will probably pass since my cup is already filled. But if its an MMO then Im in!

The game world has zones that you enter, like LOTRO or other MMORPGs that have instant zones you load into by traversing the map. So you could be in an area of the map and cross into another. For example, Agroprom is a zone, you could be in Agroprom 1, and I could be in Agroprom 2.

Someone told me server meshing/Phasing is the term. Even though everyone is in the same big world, so right now, 6k players are playing in the same world but may be in different instances in different locations on the map.

While https://steamcharts.com/search/?q=stalcraft shows NA Players, who are all playing together with connected servers. 

That's the best explanation from a non-tech player's perspective. Hopefully, someone will correct me or explain it better here.

Steamcharts doesn't show NA players, it shows all Steam players no matter where they are from.

Sounds very similar in design to Fallout 76, only with more than one "zone"

How many players per zone is the question, not how many play the game across all zones.

WHile I do like teh Stalker world, this is a bit too much Minecraftish for me....I dont like the wierd blocky looking characters and FFA PVP is a gamebreaker.

If you can only play with a maximum of 30 people, it's not massively multiplayer, just regular multiplayer.
