Been a bit of a rough launch

From an infra/stability perspective.  Liking the game and the PVP and crafting is great hope they can get the fresh start servers stabilized.

    I hope they do fix it for the players' sake. Is it too many people trying to play or some other issue?

    So are there a lot of players? Are the servers crashing?

    Seems to have stabalized, yeah the got numbers they didnt expect and infra couldnt hold up.  Some epic battles today.  Yeah the servers would hang seemed to be DB issues.

    Great.  As far as launches go, this one is pretty good.  Larger than expected population at launch seems to be the norm now.  Developers need to plan for unexpected surge as a norm.  Then reduce server capacity as the population then shrinks.  They'll get the usual, 'game is dead, look at the shrink in numbers....already server reduction' comments, it'll still be worth it for a smoother launch.

    Yeah this game is great (to me).  Having a blast, the PVP is awesome and supported by good systems and meaningful crafting/pve.
