If you download it and create an account from the link in the first post. YOu can go on and play once it is installed. This probably isnt the BE  beta but you can play for free online. Im still pretty confused myself so dont ask me  how i am playing for free. When u start playing though everything says battleground Europe so maybe it is the BE game. I dont know though so im just going to go back and play.

I hate to tell you this guys...but today (24th August) had the best battle the British ever fought in atleast 6 months...

We held a town from a major German attack...with only ground infintry...anti tank guns...anti air guns and some armour...not a lot cause we were running low on supplies and all air support was practically nill. The Gerries are winning the campaign...ull see tommorrow...the Brits are at the edge of France at the moment and we are about to be kicked back to britain very soon...cause Axis outnumber us by atleast 3 to 1. France is holding its ground...but its not helping us....and so we r left on our own with very limited supplies and armour and stuff fighting an unstoppable horde.

In a small town called Aartel we finally created a brick wall to block the axis hordes....they attempted to take us out...they pushed 4 times the amount of armour we had into the town but our sappers and anti tank guns took them all out....everyone strategically placed themselves in protective...yet effective locations...we held off a monstor wave of panzers..constant attacks and ambushes of infintry and then the gerries started their retreat and we freaked the remaining infintry out charging after them.

The second attempt the gerries made was hillarious...they rounded lots of tanks again...and waited...we wondered what they were waiting for...our armour wouldnt dare go anywhere outside the city...due to the whole area being ssurrounded...suddenly a Ju plane appears dropping some 16 paratroopers....they were dead before they touched the ground...they practically fed us extra kill points. After the second wave of paratroopers came we said screw it and so our tanks slowly pushed forward...my squad m8s killed so much that we actually pushed on and are now fighting back the krauts as I write this....we may even take back the river at gent...if we can pull off what happend at Aalter again...the battle at Aalter will be a long well remembered battle...for it was the greatest I ever took part in.

You really should try this game...a great simulator...for tanks and air planes...also includes navy....but in truth its the best battlefield simulator there is....better then BF1942, BFV or BF2....dont judge by graphics but by gameplay....to be honest the game engine is absolute crap...but the game is soooo fun and addictive that you won't care!! If only those mega game developers made a game like this...with a more stable engine! The graphics will settle in after your first battle...sound is amazing btw! The things you see are just cool...especially when watching dog fights in the air and planes being ripped apart.

By the way...no zones or shards...this game is one whole world!!

Beatbox...I definitley think you misunderstood me....and you need to mature a lot more for your age m8!

I am talking about the brits not the whole allied force...who have almost been pushed back to the coast...and we r holding on to our last few locations in France....I started playing this game a week ago....all i remember was constantly massing armour and infintry and just rampaging throuhg like a horde...now ofcourse the axis must outnumber every other faction....but the brits are fighting and unbelievable amount....We held a town with around 30 men i think....called Aalter......we nearly started to loose deffences in the town during the first attempt made by the gerries.....and so all we did was hold all cps for as long as possible untill the server was shutdown so they could change the pcs for new servers & hardware. 2nd Wave came and gerries amassed 20 tanks if not more.....everyone expected we were gonna die.....we held them and held them and held them...loosing a depot once in a while to the infintry who kept sneaking in...but they were not really the important depots....thing is we had no men to keep resupplying our supplies....we have no airforce like urs or as big as urs...all our planes are in britain!

Britain in truth would be defeated if Axis had to pay full attention to it...but ofcourse france is a bigger threat so AHC of Axis focuses against France more then britain...but britain cannot match the numbers of the axis that are attacking its remaining locations in france constantly...without us being able to resupply...do you know what happend when we lost Aalter!?!?!? We fought to the last Bedford or Morris! Now rifle...nothing was left! We fought to the last rifle and bedford!

Anyway grow up....ask anyone and they will admit Axis really is over populated even when comparing france and britain together!

I retract my Huzzah. I DL'd and played but the game was terrible. How could the graphics be 5X worse then when it first came out? Do they have Graphics turned down because it is a Beta? I guess BF1942 and BF2 ruined this game for me. Too bad, my first week playing it when it came out was great.

And I own in the game!!!! I don't know why but I got really confident....At first with the rifle I was sucking...continued playing and just started to settle into the game. Then after the first 3 days I just started killing lots of Krauts....Don't ask...I just settled into using the rifle....and now I am Corporal (full rank) 51% to being next rank!

Don't tell me bull again! I am getting my promotions from killing krauts......their OICs and their HCs!
