Step 1 - download as many 3rd party mods as possible.

Step 2 - memorize every youtube video on boss mechanics, where to stand, what to look out for, and hope to God you remember it all.

Step 3 - Die in the fourth tricky mechanic, inevitably, so you can start all over again. Keep going till you reach the mechanic you died from beforehand, just so you can die again.

Step 4- Come on here and say "Guys, the raids can't be as tough as you are making out, surely?" :)

Step 5 - come here and complain about all of the best rewards being locked behind said difficult raid content.

As I am sure you agree it is good if they are tough, it is good that players feel they have to go back to the drawing board and and rethink what they are doing. I just never thought FF raids were that tough, it is good to hear.

If everything in a MMORPG is a walk in the park it is only too soon that players are heading out of the park for another game.

Being honest, the moment I reach the "raid or die" endgame of most MMORPGs I walk away and go play something else as repetitively "dancing with the stars" isn't my thing.

I'm all for more difficult content, but not if it revolves around grouping up with randos, I just can't really tolerate most gamers these days, and besides, raiding interferes with my Netflix watching.

    ;)

As always a good guild keeps the randos away, I have always been as much a PvP end game as raiding.

Finally finished of Witcher season 2, got two Witcher spin offs to watch, liking Ch£ats and Battle Bots, Shadow and Bone is back so will be checking that out. Oh and I need to check out that Pamela documentary, see how the old flame is doing. ;)
