Game seems totally legit.
That's pretty common and not something insidious. When a game doesn't have enough votes to show up on the list, the only people who find it and vote for it are those who are excited about the game. Once it shows up on the list, people who had never heard of it see it and vote it down.

I generally think early ratings for games are high due to fanboys and employees perfect 10 the game. Then over time the rating drops as the larger group of average gamers rate the game.
I almost never trust reviews from early adopters, they usually are all complete BS'ers.
Some large base of people voting it down that never heard of it? Yeah in no way does this tiny population move the dial compared to the hypesters who overrate a game.
I cant even think of a time where I played a game that got a rating lower than I would have rated it. I have seen games that had a lower rating compared to other games that were garbage that had higher ratings. But in almost every case games have overinflated ratings IMO.
Just looked at steam and this has "mostly negative" rating. This is probably one of the worst steam ratings I have ever seen for a game and its still 30% positive, which I think means the game is totally broken. Yet still 30% of the people seem to like the game.
On these boards I seen 1 person like the game, then has since walked that back. Where are the other 30%? So who are these 30% anyway? Who wants to come out and admit they like this game the way it is right now. I am curious if any real posters want to stick there name on this.
Wonder if the guy doing this video ever played a game he didnt like. LOL guy has all negatives but loves the game. Nice work finding that 30% percent. I guess this is what it looks like to be optomistic about everything.
On another note, WTF is going on with that slow movement in the game. That is painful to watch. I am not a big fan of extremely twitchy games, but holy cow does this go the entire opposite direction. This reminds me back in the days when I had to run a modem and was very laggy. That slow movement is LOL. I think my online chess pieces move faster than that.
