I'm trying to post a comment, but this lightbulb keeps popping up. Can someone tell me what this means and how to post a comment.
I get this sometimes as well.
There was a workaround where you would delete the person you were quoting (though, if you are just making a post the same thing can happen) and then type in, say @Qbertq, and it sometimes solved it.
I've learned that it seems to have something to do with being logged in too long. They way I solved it was to log out, do the wonderful captcha puzzle, log back in and repeat 2 or 3 times and it seems to solve it. At least for me.

It's not logged in for too long because I clear my cookies daily and this happens when I log in fresh. I cannot link anything and quote. Tried every browser and it happens.
