Can't create trial account

are u sure u clicked on Create Trial Account? If you do, it will automatically fill in the Promotional code thing for you.

Well finally got the full thing downloaded but on my wifes pc it stopped at 92%. Went to creat trial account and asked for CD key that I dont have or seen anywhere on their website. I know for a fact I clicked start trial account because its in big red letters. All I have to say about this is : WTF?

Avoid this game at all costs!

I also was unable to DL the game on any PC i own (work, wife's, and home). I assumed I needed to make a trial account first, which i did. I was later unable to access ANY other site, game, or anything at all involving this company. I later emailed them telling them to cancel I made. That was over a week ago, no response. I've posted on their boards, ive emailed everyone involved with the game, mods included...no response. I had to actually call my bank and have them put a hold on anything they try to send in.

In short...Avoid. This company is seemingly so desperate for members to its game after all the bankruptcies, yet they offer non existent customer service.

Not to sound disbelieving but why exactly can't you access the websites?

Both www.istaria.com and community.istaria.com are loading for me.

As far as the game launching, it will only launch in IE, but beyond that, what exactly was your problem accessing the game?

I can access the website fine just have no cd key to start account for free trial.

OK, they don't use CD keys anymore. There should be a code when you download. TUGALC I believe? Make sure you hit trial and that's the key you enter.

After installing "Horizons"; if u r outside US/Canada and your address line is - for example: https://horizons.eu.istaria.com (this is for Europe), just find link: For the US Login Page, or US flag (upper right corner of the page), click on it. Bingo! Find a button with scarlett letters: "Create Trial Account". IMHO it may be a solution for u.

nevermind im an idiot, just trying to get my shit up, nevermind it all =p lol dont hate. now please wait as i spam this poopie everywhere, JUST EVEYWHERE, bordum has overcome me and it strikes hard, i dont know what else to say or do but this stuff watch me ramble is any one reading is this game that dead? oh well this is how itgoes and the tail of the pony ate the gnome for the cookies and lived under the bridge by the river at the end of time.

I had no problems making a "trial" account but only to find out that I can not connect.
They dont seem to support routers with is a real pity... I realy wanted to see how things have changed since the beta days or if it even changed at all...
