Resident Evil: Mercenaries - A squad-based MMORPG!!! WOW

Wow. I heard this rumor that CAPCOM will make a MMORPG based on their award-winning game Resident Evil. I heard that this game will create a new and unique style of a MMORPG. Much more on squad-based mercenaries. The game featured a 3rd-Person View more on like a GTA!!! Instead of LEVEL to determine your experience, Players will gain RANKS from Private to General as they kill zombies and monsters throughout the Raccon City and its region. From what I known, this game is more on "stick together team" than " I'll work alone" coz you never know when you will be outnumbered. Thats why its called squad-based and thats MMORPG stands for "TEAMWORK"!!!
Im not sure about this!!! ITS A RUMOR!!! So better we will wait for the real deal.

i think you are mistaken this rumor with the recently shown PS2 version of Resident Evil in which you can go online and play through the game in teams etc. i think it's rather unlikely that they'll change the entire concept of Resident Evil, it's a style of it's own, "survival", with the latest exception but true succes, Resident Evil 4, but if i were you, would not count on it though, besides, i wouldn't like the concept of Resident Evil to be "lowered" to the a basic multiplayer concept either.
