A new report says that Embracer Group is preparing to sell off Saber Interactive in a $500 million deal. The new private company would also retain projects like its KOTOR remake.

    Umm lots of people want one if it's akin to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition or even D2 Resurrected. Basically a major graphic and maybe UI overall and keep everything else the same. The game did come out over 20 years ago. Newer hardware and display ratios aren't supported, and most people don't want to spend all day trying to mod it to work on newer tech. Not to mention people want it to look better while keeping the story the same.

    If it's a good faithful remake, then it's worth trying to do it; i hope this leads to a brighter future for game devs and groups attempting to unleash themselves from the confines of Embracer.
