Top 5 Specializations in World of Warcraft Classic Hardcore | MMORPG.com

If you've never played on a Hardcore World of Warcraft server before, it can be hard to know where to start when building a character. Picking the best starting zone or class is one thing, but how do you know which specialization is the best fit for you?

Angrakhan

Frost mage seems pretty risky. Yes they have CC, but they're also pretty squishy. Pretty easy to accidentally paint yourself in a corner and get overwhelmed. Ice block seems largely to exist to let a tank peel off of you, but it won't save you if you're solo. Similar concerns with the combat rogue. You have vanish, but you better make sure that's off cooldown before you engage anything.

I would think a holy or prot pally would be at the top of the list. Also Disc/Holy Priest as well for the heals. Shaman. Anything that can self heal I would think would be successful in a HC shard.
