The drama was rightfully upset people. You forget it wasn't just mods that broke. Load times, crashes, no saving games at all, sound cutting out completely until you exit and restart. All of those are issues that people who played the games for years, with NO MODS by the way, have had to deal with since this new patch went in. I only bought FO4 and FO New Vegas like a week or two before that during the sale when the series debuted. I wasn't the only one, far from it actually, so for a lot of people this was their first impression of a 9 year old game.

I'm not saying there aren't issues but I did download the game and started over and haven't seen issues as of yet. I run no mods, however. While I'm not saying no one is having issues not everyone is having issues either.
