Go to the web site and download the free version (then wonder why they only have a $25 early access version available on Steam), and you will very quickly see that this is a scam. It's just some Unreal engine default game template. You can't even pick a name. Walls don't even work. MMORPG.com should not even have this game listed let alone be writing articles about it.
