I wonder when this was deployed. I have killed the Butcher at least 4 times today and didn't see anything drop. Maybe it automatically goes into currency stash and you don't see it on the ground

[PC Only] Fixed issues with NVIDIA DLSS Frame Generation, a setting available to players with NVIDIA 4000 series graphics cards, which was temporarily disabled due to stability issues. These issues have been fixed, and the setting has been re-enabled.

They have gold sinks everywhere that aren't at all addressed by this.  It's very much a bandaid unless they also boost gold generation or nerf a bunch of other gold sinks.

Making it cheaper doesn't solve the issue, reduces a bit of grind but that wasn't really the issue.

It's a boring mechanic added to a boring gameplay. Boredom + boredom don't magically create "awesomeness".

They removed 80% of the loot drops, then jacked up the gold prices for everything to the point you now have to grind for gold or mats, can't be both at once. The loot in general is in better shape stats wise, but the game is actually far more annoying to play now. I walked away when I realized how expensive everything was and how little loot was dropping to sell/salvage.
